Please provide as much advance notice as possible for cancellations. If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment, you will be charged half the price of your scheduled massage. If you don’t show up for an appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment. Emergency cancellations will be taken into consideration.

“Please understand I have limited hours available for massages. A missed appointment creates a real issue in my scheduling. In a pinch, you may be able to use a replacement person to receive your massage.” -kiah

Clients arriving late for their appointment may not receive the full length of their booked session. They are still responsible for the total amount of their scheduled session.

“I'll do my best to fit in the full length of your session, but this is not always possible with my schedule.” -kiah

A release form is required for the treatment of minors. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for their first session. Depending on the age of the child, the guardian may be required to remain in the treatment room during the session.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include but are not limited to, the following: intoxication, sexual or romantic advances, contagious skin conditions, or infectious conditions. In the case of inappropriate behavior or withholding of important health/ infection information, the client will be responsible for the full payment of the scheduled session.

You may use the online booking feature, or call/ text Kiah Wood at (218) 390-8041 to book an appointment. Please note the online booking option requires you to book at least 48 hours in advance, and only allows you to book massages during specific business hours. If you are looking to book an appointment within 48 hours or outside regular business hours, please call or text and I'll do my best to find a time and day that works well for you!

If you are wanting to book mosaic massage + wellness for a home visit, on-location session, or an event, please email or call Kiah directly to discuss this option as well.

When booking a massage session online, please make sure you are booking a “New Client” session. These sessions are 15 minutes longer to assure we have enough time to get to know each other and go over the intake forms. The sessions are the same price and include the same amount of time on the table.

You will be emailed a health intake form after you book your first session. Your time spot will be put on hold for you after you book your session, but isn’t confirmed until the intake form is submitted.

Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. Other wonderful ways to show your appreciation for your session is to leave a review or refer someone to mosaic massage + wellness.

Yes, you can purchase gift certificates from mosaic massage + wellness! Gift certificates can always be purchased in person. Kiah is also always happy to help facilitate the purchase of gift certificates if coming in person is not possible. Options such as mailing gift certificates and alternative payments are always available for discussion.

Terms and Conditions

Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date and can be used at any point after they have been purchased. If prices at mosaic massage + wellness change, the GC will still cover the session type purchased for one year. After this point, it will have the value of the dollar amount paid, and a client will be responsible for the remainder of the service charge.

If mosaic massage + wellness were to go out of business, unused gift certificates that are over two years old will be considered lost. For gift certificates that are less than two years old, Kiah will work with the client to arrange a time and place to receive the massage session.

Gift certificates can not be exchanged for cash or reimbursed. However, the recipient of a gift certificate is welcome to regift it or allow someone else to use it.

Gift Certificates are generally sold for the price of specific services with sales tax included. However, if one prefers, a gift certificate can be made out for any dollar amount and used to go towards one or more massages as the recipient prefers.

If an individual chooses to add a tip to a gift certificate purchase they are welcome to do so. This will be marked on the gift certificate as “plus tip”. The service price and tip are recorded separately in our files, and the tip amount can not be used towards another service.
