find freedom in your body through the healing power of massage

Hi there! My name is Kiah, the owner of mosaic massage + wellness. I am so happy you are here!

Located in the Lincoln Park craft district of Duluth MN, I provide therapeutic massage sessions tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences. Whether you are looking for a deeply relaxing massage or a more structural deep tissue massage, mosaic massage + wellness can help you find the release and renewal you're looking for! Feedback is very important and I communicate with a client to make their experience exactly what they are wanting.

My hope is to help you feel at ease in your physical body, and that you begin to truly notice the breadth of what you feel and what patterns you are holding onto. In creating this awareness and connection, mosaic massage + wellness helps you create more space to continue noticing pieces of yourself.

embrace your pieces

embody your whole

  • personalized

Each session is completely personalized and contains a combination of different styles and techniques. We work together to figure out what you are needing and what will serve you and your body best for the session at hand.

  • therapeutic

My work is deeply purposeful in nature. This can take the form of directly addressing specific areas of pain and intentionally working with patterns of discomfort, or it can be a process of bringing you into a deep level of relaxation.

  • holistic

The physical body is an interconnected web, with each piece affecting the whole. In my life and in my work, I see healing as a holistic journey that involves not only our physical bodies but also our internal selves.

what people are saying

“10 stars! I’ve been going to Kiah for 6 years now and she is absolutely the best! She takes the time to listen to how I am feeling and individualizes each of my sessions based on that. Honestly, I would go every week if I could. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend.”

“In a word, “Healing.” I have often referred to my massages with Kiah as a “lifeline.” She has seen me through several injuries including a fractured wrist and shoulder. Her techniques of gentle stretching and manipulation, along with applying the right amount of pressure and heat (hot towels and stones), helped to hasten my recovery. Kiah is incredibly intuitive. Somehow she knows exactly what the body needs to relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote ease and relaxation. I am so grateful!”

“Kiah is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever been to. I've been getting massages due to chronic back pain (mild scoliosis) for many years and I've never experienced a massage quite like hers. Kiah is highly intuitive with touch and creates a calm and comfortable space. She also takes the time to check in before and after each session, which includes helpful suggestions and education on how to extend the benefits of the massage (targeted stretches, etc.). She has helped me with my chronic pain immensely!”

why mosaic massage + wellness?

Our bodies are like a mosaic, composed of many distinct pieces that make up a full picture of who we are. Every part of our bodies is an important piece leading to our general sense of ease or dis-ease. By addressing specific areas of tension in our bodies, and by awakening parts of ourselves that have gone silent, we can begin to address the pain and dis-ease that keep us from being whole and happy.

Healing and release in any part of us can help us put our pieces together in harmony and profoundly affect the beautiful mosaic of our whole. Our specific areas of tension, patterns of contraction, and silent spaces of the body are all important pieces of general discomfort in our bodies. We can address pain and discomfort in the body by working both specifically and broadly, as both are equal parts of dis-ease in our bodies. My greatest wish is to help you connect with all the pieces that hold you back in order to step into feeling truly embodied in your whole self.
